Where can I get the instruction manual/videos for my Babybay?
There will be instruction manual that comes with your Babybay. Alternatively, you can download the instruction manual in PDF
We recommend using the Babybay Original up to 9 months and the Maxi up to 14 months. Of course, the duration of use varies from child to child. The maximum weight the Babybay can handle is 150kg.
How do I care for my Babybay?
Wipe the frame and mattress base with a damp cloth. For hygiene reasons, we recommend ventilating and turning the mattress regularly. With the other babybay products, please follow the washing instructions.
Can the Babybay be attached to a waterbed?
Babybay can easily be attached to waterbeds with bed frame. For waterbeds without frames, we recommend you contact us for a closure lattice and roles alongside the parent’s bed.
Is the surface treatment of your models free from toxic substances?
The paint used meets the stringent requirements of the European Safety Standard EN 71 part 3 (safety of children's toys). As a result, the surfaces are safe, even if your child sucks or bites into them.
